We are recruiting over 100 permanent Operators to join our Manufacturing team at Kilmalid, Dumbarton. Our aim is to create a Manufacturing team that lives and breathes our company values – to be Open, Bold, and United – that is passionate about its work and delivering the best for Chivas Brothers in the most effective and efficient way possible.

We are recruiting for various shifts including double day shift and night shift. There is a requirement to be able to work these shifts and travel to and from the Kilmalid campus.

We have positions available across our Kilmalid campus. If you join our Bottling team, you will operate bottling equipment and actively participate in changeovers on line machinery and equipment i.e., Monoblock, Labeller, Autopackers and Cartoners. If you join our Dry or Finished Goods team, you will be required to operate forklift trucks to load and unload vehicles, move materials, conduct data checks and verification processes, perform pallet builds and operate various packaging machinery.

As a member of our Operations team, you will: 

  • Be an advocate for your own and others health and safety.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure our customers get only the best products.
  • Be involved in root cause problem solving to maximise efficiency and performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support our ambition of being better tomorrow than we are today.
  • Be tech savvy and be able use business systems and operate complex machinery.
  • Be an exceptional team player and actively contribute to overall team goals and success.
